ZEUS was founded in 1984 by a group of friends who wanted to share their experiences in the fields of design, arts and fashion style. Their goal was to merge their ideas, which gave birth to an art gallery presenting Italian and foreign artists and a collection of designs minimalist to the avant-garde design.
ZEUS is a collection of designs entirely self-produced in Italy and distributed worldwide, mainly designed by Maurizio Peregalli, Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, Ron Arad, Franco Raggi, Marie-Christine Dorner and Roberto Tognon. The research of new materials, but traditional production methods semi-scale, finishes and details of high quality, are the distinctive feature of the tradition of thirty years of ZEUS.
ZEUS has always sought the simplicity and rigour of design, by subtracting the unnecessary, in order to evaluate the specificity of surfaces and living materials (galvanised steel, natural, linoleum, wood aged, treatment of rust and finishing of concrete and similar) to create special pieces and unique .
